Hi, my name is Liz, an experienced Personal Trainer. I can help you feel healthier, happier, fitter & stronger

I am an experienced Personal Trainer based in Welwyn Garden City, Herts.

Training sessions can be arranged at a location of your choice, the comfort of your own home, park or gym.

I hold an Active IQ Level 3 Diploma In Fitness Instructing and Personal Training as well as  being a Leader in Running Fitness through Run England.

I love running and so far have completed an Ultra Marathon, 15 Marathons and many half marathons too.

1-1 sessions at your home or local park. Guidance and support towards getting leaner / stronger / fitter. Home activities set so progress towards goals is reached quicker and easier.

Fat loss

6 week support
£120 one off payment

Review of current food diary. Recommendations, advice and support towards a new leaner healthier you. Re-education of how to enjoy real food from all food groups and include your favourite foods and treats. Weekly support over 6 weeks.

Liz takes an individualised and compassionate approach to personal training. When I started working with her I was the heaviest I've ever been, I never exercised, and I was stuck in a binge-restrict cycle. Liz helped me to build healthy eating habits so that I'd feel fuller and more satisfied from meals. She also helped me to build strength gradually - she knew how to push me but without pushing me past my limits.

I have been seeing Liz for weekly personal training sessions for the last 6 months. During this time, Liz has supported me to achieve the two goals I set - losing weight and developing body strength. Although I exercised frequently, I often avoided strength training. Sessions with Liz have had a positive impact on my running times and I have noticed I am suffering less with niggles and injuries. Having someone to give nutritional advice and also to be accountable to through daily logging of what I eat has resulted in much needed weight loss and increased body confidence. Now, with Liz's support, I am focusing on maintaining my weight and not letting bad habits creep back in. The sessions are challenging but are made bearable with Liz's encouragement and friendly chat and she is always there to answer questions or give advice via text in between our face to face sessions. I would have no hesitation in recommending Liz as a personal trainer.

I asked Liz to help me lose around a stone in weight, because not only was I bursting my jeans at the seam’s, I was also stuck in a rut and eating far too much chocolate! Liz was fantastic with her advice and knew exactly how to help me with a sensible and realistic calorie based regime.

I now feel much more informed about how to manage my calorie intake and I feel soo much better for it! Thank you for your support Liz and it makes a nice change to actually enjoy a few pieces of dark chocolate as opposed to a whole bar of Toblerone!!! Angela. Xx

Had an excellent session at home with Liz who showed me strength to do using body work and with some weights I had. A real focus on adapting to ensure some injuries I had would not be affected but also tailored exercises to my ability. Lots of attention to ensure the technique was correct and a great written program to follow after. 5 stars!
